President Trump has promised to increase tariffs on goods coming from China, Mexico, and Canada on “Day 1” of his new term.  Mexico’s President, Claudia Sheinbaum, abruptly announced policy changes just before Christmas that disrupted supply chains relying on Section 321’s de minimis exception.
