Elliot Ginsburg is an experienced corporate attorney. Elliot serves as currently the VP Legal and Messaging Strategy and Head of Legal at Postscript. Prior to this role, they were a Corporate Associate at Fenwick & West from 2017 to 2021, where he led a wide range of corporate legal projects for high growth technology companies such as AppLovin, Bolt, Doctor on Demand, Forward and Nurx. Elliot's notable achievements include significant venture capital rounds ($1.5b+ in aggregate), M&A deals (including AppLovin's $500m acquisition of Machine Zone and GitPrime's sale to Pluralsight) and the Graybug IPO. From 2014 to 2017, he was the Product - Legal & Compliance at Percolata, where he designed and led the implementation of a labor compliance framework in the platform. Before this, he was a Legal Clerk at Shockman Law Office from 2012 to 2014.

Elliot obtained his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Santa Clara University. Elliot then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Corporate Finance from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. Finally, he obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in High Tech Law - Corporate Emphasis from the School of Law at Santa Clara University.
